Our Healthcheck consists of a full survey and analysis per site followed by a comprehensive follow up document highlighting overall systems setup, areas of weakness or vulnerability and recommendations for moving to a supported environment. The Standard Incident Support Contract is an incident based, flexible, helpdesk support, offering telephone, remote and onsite support in the traditional sense. Log a call and use an incident. With instant contact, swift response times and straightforward escalation we will work alongside you whilst you fix the problem.

Virtualisation Monitoring with alerts

Remote monitoring with alerts helps IT ensure more uptime for the business. A frequency based package, we will perform the checklist at specific intervals and alert you of bug fixes and patches you need to install for each vendor within the environment. More importantly, we will alert you to the things that may turn into an issue further down the line. Specifying your to do list will cut down on the amount of time spent figuring out the right set of updates to install.

Virtualisation Assist with patching

Remote Assist takes remote monitoring with alerts to the next logical level. This is a vendor based package that will identify by vendor, the critical and non critical updates, log them and install them. We will quarantine or release as appropriate and will report each set of updates to give  you a continuous picture. Syncing with each vendors update issue cycle, our update service means you rely on specialist knowledge of what is best updated and when and, most importantly, provides the safety net and the promise of uptime.

Out of hours

We realise the impact update management can have on time, systems and bandwidth. We also offer an out of hours service for Remote Assist that minimises disruption and business hours operations. This service is the invisible presence.

Consultancy Blocks

Consultancy Blocks offer the same high level consultancy services you would normally receive from Serv-IT, for a discounted upfront payment of an agreed number of days. If desired, out of hours and Sundays can be incorporated.
